If anyone out there can help in any way a Dog Rescue called Rubys Rescue and Retreat located in McClean County Illinois would be much appreciated. They rescue dogs that were going to be euthanized and take care of them in hopes to have people adopt them. A young blind & deaf dog needs a good home.
