It is! She's really cute and makes adorable little sounds. She squeaks more than miaows. She has her own spot next to my desk, morning ritual is to jump up on it and get petted. She's very nuzzly at that time.

This is Spot. She (?) confused me for a while, didn't realize that she and Squirrel were different cats until late. Squirrel has no spot. I saw them together and he seemed to be guarding her while she ate. I have rarely seen her in the past 18 months. First time she let me see her and not run.

You're very patient to take this on. I hope she comes out of her shell. This is Princess, aka Princess Hissyfit, who used to yell at me for feeding her. She's a lot better now but there are days she wants zero attention, other days a couple of pets is the limit.

This princess cat does not realize or accept that she is loved, at least by me, but she's a whole lot happier than she was. I think she had some pretty terrible experiences out in the woods, because she is slow to trust. It's been over three years. But she continues to improve.

Played some guitar with no goal in mind, just for the hell of it, and felt more like myself than I have in some time. I'd been meaning to play this 335-S for months and just never got around to it. It's the basic model from the 80s, all maple, heavy as hell but loads of sustain and fast attack.

Gibson 335-S Firebrand Standard with Dunable Grizzly pickups. There's half a Guild Starfire to the right of it.
