My cat became very costly at the vets . His Problem ? He got old (17) and all those scuffles he used to win as a youngster are now long in the past . He has a curfew now and isn't allowed out after it gets dark ☺️

I had an appointment to see my heart failure nurse yesterday and she signed me off . I don't need any more appointments. I'm in a good place and my condition is stable apparently. ,😊

Just found my great grandfather in the Old Scottish Genealogy and Family History website in the section headed Register of Fatal Injuries enquiry . Alexander Ferguson McBride a beltman of Greenock . Date of Inquiry : 15th December 1938 . My father was born on December the 7th 1939.

I've been conned again. Put food out for his lordship which he refused to eat . I tried a different one to see if he'd prefer that . At which point he decided the first one I put down was ok and that he was quite satisfied with having 2 bowls to eat from . *Sighs*

I have a blood pressure machine at home which I use regularly. I bought it from Boots a few years ago because of my dodgy heart . They work well but it's best to take multiple readings .

I never buy fresh fruit and veg on my Sainsbury's delivery order . That part of the shop I will do myself . I don't trust them to pitch the best or freshest products. They can be trusted with cleaning products and cat food .
