Finally calling this done! Very happy with this, for how long it's been since I've done a full scale piece like this. Now, whether it's reproducible or if this was dumb luck remains to be seen 😂 #art #oc

A redheaded, freckled demon girl stands against a dark blue-to-gray gradient background in a revealing white open-midriff dress and matching leg and arm stockings, adorned with fancy jewelry.

Did a lil doodling tonight after work, really low energy but felt like grabbing a pencil brush and sketching out a bit, wanted to try some new ideas in my process. Happy with it, for as rough as it is, though it's far from perfect. (I also said f-it on the tail and horns, too lazy lmao) #art #oc

Ok yeah maybe save it for the morning 😅

Sounds like you aughta get back up and break out the pen

So a major problem I'm having since I started drawing again is that I have so many ideas and stuff that I wanna tinker with and comparably little time and energy, and I find myself torn between actually seeing things through to being finished or just doing a bunch of half-done doodles

Already started working on something else, I think it's gonna be quite the contrast to the last piece I made LOL #art #oc

Took a fourth option, mashed up mid + right, I think that's gonna be what goes to full size

Got multiple options, can't decide on a variant, might just combine mid + right for MAXIMUM STYLE #art

Multiple, edited duplicate examples of a woman with horns and a spade tail standing in a revealing dress and heels. The left one is fairly basic, the middle features added arm and leg stockings, and the far right features additional jewelry across her body, most prominently a necklace

Sketchy thumbnail for something I'm working on. It's weird to be working back in 2D, I'm rusty as hell and everything feels weird! #art #OC

Few shots of a character model I did for @thehollowedart.bsky.social's character as part of a secret santa trade on a mutual Discord server. The rig came out a bit rougher than I'm truly happy with but all in all, I'm rather satisfied with it. Hopefully he enjoys it too! :D #Blender #lowpoly

In only somewhat related news, I picked myself up a Razer Tartarus with the intent to set it up as a macro pad for my modeling work, kinda like a Tourbox or the like but... not two hundred dollars. The need to relearn all the shortcuts feels like driving with my feet but we'll see how it works out.

Wow, buncha folks liked that last Blender art. Good news! I've got something new coming up within the next few days, and a few secondary projects in the pipeline aside that! The holidays have been a bit hectic and that's kind of eaten into productivity but it's getting better slowly.

So over my weekend I took some time to dig into Blender and learn some low-poly character modeling. It's got some issues (holy shoulder deformation Batman!) but for a first-model I'm super happy with it! #Blender #lowpoly

Man I've been at a total loss as to what to actually post on here, I've done a lot of fictional aircraft designs lately (largely with Flyout) but I don't think they're the kind of thing people really have an interest in? Like, they're not OCs but they're still original content/part of a thing

Grox @groxglitch.bsky.social · 17/11/2024

GOD SAME, I've done multiple RAM replacements lately and every single time it's like pleasedon'tbreakpleasedon'tbreakpleasedon'tbreak- Oh, and socketing CPUs, god the wretched creaking and other noises when you're locking down the heat shield? 😱

On one hand it feels like missing out now when the big switch over is happening is missing something that won't happen again... but also, if you don't have much to go big *off of* then... eh? Like, I'm not putting out work atm, it ain't like I'm gonna pop off lol

Ooooh, Renpy is really nice for VNs! Building your own PC is super satisfying (if a lil nerve wracking, slotting some components can be a little nerve wracking)

I feel like there's a bell curve lol, sketching and rendering both take like FOREVER (at least for me)

I had like 20 minutes of time to draw, and with ibuprofen desperately fighting my migraine, I decided to doodle something stupid. This is the result. I think this counts as chibi? Maybe? I don't know. Look man, I just work here. #oc #art
