Not sure what the @wsj.com is smoking these days. $2400/window for not-even-replacement windows is STEEP. We just had replacement windows done on a house with normal-sized windows, local company, $400/window installed. (Yes, we got a deal. Typical replacement window costs are $1k-$1.5k/window.)

This is one of major problems with US healthcare. Employees don't know the true cost of their health insurance, because employers pick up the majority of the monthly tab. If they knew/paid the true cost, we probably wouldn't have the crap system we have in place today.
