Catalytic converter acid bath to clean the exhaust system on the van. Shorthand in the automotive world is cats. Google's search AI told me I absolutely should not wash pet cats in acid which gave me a laugh.

Only $100? Haha. I had one of those oldies. This one is still larger and heavier but clocks in at 3500 lumens so will be nice in a lit room and is laser and LED light source. Times have changed a lot since I got into it.

That's the plan. Doesn't look too bad honestly. Lots of work but the foundation footing and all the wood under the house looks healthy. New house, new problems, and in my book, new fun projects to tackle

They are. The bottoms are just rusted out. Some of them have internal threads rusted out too so most of them aren't holding any weight.

The foundation here is sinking or having some major issues as evidenced by the crazy cracks forming. Gotta replace those crappy screw jacks with something better

Oh it's structural. The whole crawl space has them evenly spaced and no other central supports. They cut corners on this place in a major way. Bottoms are poured into concrete but also most the jacks are rusted out at the bottom too. Lots of work but shouldn't be too difficult to fix

The Mitsubishi "LS300". You were welding on it the very first time I met you many years ago. The van I spotted on the freeway while operating a train & popped out the window to say hi. Also the van you drove up to heavenly in with me in the passenger seat, up a snow covered hill at a 45° angle <3
