There’s a reason that fake it until you make it is a popular saying. You have to focus on being the person you want to be and embody that , then you’ll start attracting things that align with that new identity.

Like if you truly believe you will never have something, then of course you won’t. You’re already setting yourself up for failure. Instead focus on being grateful for what you have, then work on one thing every day that gets you closer to who you want to be, and what you want. Become that person.

This principle applies to everything… I see folks all the time, I don’t have this, I’m never going to have this… they’re so busy doom spiraling about they don’t, they can’t, they won’t… they hyper focus on all the negatives and miss all the positives.

You attract what you radiate. You have to ask yourself if you don’t believe you’re worthy of friends, why would any one else think that you are? Meaning, if you want to attract friends you have to believe deep down that you’re worthy of friendship, and radiate that outwards

Here’s a fun fact in 2025 it was reported that there was a 2% decline in global engagement representing a global loss of $438 billion in productivity across all industries. 5 out of 10 employees report looking for new opportunities in 2026. I’m going to take a guess and assume 26s numbers are worse

I’m so tired of seeing widespread burnout across my colleges and my friends. I’m so tired of being called lazy even when working harder than any generation that came before my own. I’m tired of being gaslit by people who haven’t even stepped foot inside a grocery store in over a decade.

Executives throwing out AI buzzwords as if they even understand the first thing about generative AI. All while making millions off of our hard work, and not letting any of the wealth trickle down to us measly peasants. Even though we’re doing all the work they act as if we are beneath them.

Then they threaten to replace us with AI, having us do more with AI Tools, pretending like we don’t know that they’re having us build stuff that could replace 10 employees with 1 employee. They make it seem ethical and justified, treat us like we’re dumb and we don’t know what’s happening.

Tired of companies expecting you to do more without paying you for it. Essentially creating this environment of “work harder for less money” because raises don’t match the rate of inflation. Then being told “you should be grateful you have a job”
