It's Saturday so... Sautéed mushrooms, onions, pablano peppers, plus sliced sun dried tomatoes over 1/4 lb mozzarella, reduced blended spiced tomatoes as sauce. All over a scratch crust and olive oil brushed edge.

Today's Monday so... Sliced garden tomato and basil, 1/4 lb. shredded mozzarella, sautéed seasoned diced tomatoes (blended before reducing) as sauce, all on a scratch crust. Crust edge was brushed with olive oil and basil added after cooking. Sometimes simpler is better.

Adventures in Elder Care™ continued... 7/29/26 Epilogue #3 After over a month I finally have my dad's obituary up. Condensing 93 years of life into a page is difficult, and depressing. Hopefully those who've known me for a while got a better sense of who my dad was from other things I've written.

Twin Cedars™ Update... Original 1934 fir t&g fir flooring got its first coat of clear satin water based polyurethane, and after a couple of hours, I puttied all the seams and nail holes. Tomorrow it'll get 3 rounds of sanding and recoats. It looked pretty good before putty, but now looks extra.

Despite appearances, it is not Monday. The oil drain plug on BobaBus 2.2 stripped out upon reinstallation. I blame BobaBus's previous owner's mechanic. I always use a torque wrench. Thankfully O'Reilly Auto Parts had the necessary thread repair kit in stock.
