Medicare for All would cost the US government $46B dollars over a 10 year period. 4.6 billion a year. FOUR BILLION, 600 MILLION. That is less than the cost of the first day of the Iran War. Medicare for All is not a perfect solution but it is better than what we have now. What are we even doing?

Diesel hits all-time high in US, eclipsing $5.85 per gallon for the first time in history, breaking record set following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. A gallon of regular gasoline has also reached record highs, eclipsing $4 every day in August for the first time in history, according to AAA.

As a #Minnesota native and lover, I just had to buy this today. Wife, also Minnesotan, had the same gut reaction to it. There is something so beautiful, heartwarming, and so viscerally moving, like a sadness or melancholy that comes over me when I gaze at it.
