S.8 warrant is for search and seizure of evidence of a more routine nature. S.9 required for ‘excluded or special procedural material’. Personal, confidential notes or notes held in confidence, journalistic or financial material. It’s this stuff he wants excluded from enquiry. Obviously.

Sorry. Profoundly disagree. TVP went with belt and braces but court decided only needed belt. This is on the court decision makers.

TVP went to court for search warrants under two different sections. 8/9. Court opted for just one 8 as all that was required. TVP were correct. Court cocked up.

Humblebrag regarding my younger wife. I’ve got a 56 yr old who’s quite the gym bunny and aiming for Barcelona Ironman late next year. Already the training is all consuming. Only learnt front crawl this year and now doing 2km lake swims. A finish is a massive win. She’s my heroine.
