Finished Cai's Part 1. 36hrs This alone would be my favorite game this year but it's just 1 part of 4 for the first part of this mega game.

If I knew for certain Helix would have Steam support and was coming out next year, I'd probably start selling my PC parts

Elon giving republicans 276 million during the midterm election is gross. Donate that to making the world a better place instead of trying to elect people who want to make it worse.

Multiple games from each franchise. I think I had 6 final fantasy games

I did this summer. Backloggd was easy to visually see things and drag and drop games into place.

It's pretty even. When you look at the pros and cons. The old way it was obvious you wanted the ball first.

Life's short do things that make you happy. You're not going to change Microsoft business plan if you do or don't have an Xbox. Also if everyone is boycotting Xbox that's just more layoffs in the future. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Supposedly they are losing a couple hundred dollars every time they sell a console. But games and subscriptions you will be helping them out.

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

Halo 2 is my 5th favorite game of all time. I love the original trilogy I think what they should do with the series is just retire it It's never going to rekindle that magic. I rather see them focus on a new IP.

My biggest surprise this year is Ace Combat 8. I never played this series, but I wanted something different and it delivered. Finished the 9th mission and its so epic.

Its good to hear about another good game but also how am i to try and fit in more time for another game right now?

Just saw that the PS5 has a whooping 8 exclusive games after 6yrs

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I want to play it. Just not enough time and it doesn't help every week 1-2 more new games come out I want to play

3rd weekend with Fire Emblem 30hrs in Started off with Lede (got to chapter 4) then switched to Cai (at chapter 10) Plan is going back to Lede after Cai's story then taking a break. Catchup on other games before finishing the other 2 characters.

000

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

If Fire Emblem was just Cai's story it would be my favorite game this year but it's just 1 part of a massive game.

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I don't agree with buying E-Day if you got Gamepass. I heard a podcast and reddit post tell you to buy it Microsoft is a 4trillion company. That's the business model they created. Donate the $70 to Extra Life or buy a game from an indie company. Microsoft does not need your charity purchase.

What is this Thursday streak called? 9/17 - Fire Emblem 9/24 - Control Resonant 10/1 - Ace Combat 8 10/8 - Gears E Day 10/15 - Belmont's Curse 10/22 - Final Fantasy Resonance 10/29 - Phantom Blade 11/5 - Zelda OOT Remake

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

If your playing silent hill on PC just get e day for PC.

000

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I'm surprised they are doing that. I thought there was a slim possibility that PS6 is a weaker device(so it can be affordable) but has some superior upscaler to make it better than a base PS5.

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

New games for 2026 I want: Ace Combat 8 Gears of War E-Day Order of the Sinking Star Belmont's Curse Phantom Blade 0 Zelda OOT Remake Still have to finish: Fire Emblem Fortunes Weave Control Resonant 2026 games I still want to get to: Onimusha Lego Batman 007

000

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

This is a problem I have when a sequel comes out for a game I really love. Playing this game just makes me rather play Control for the 5th time.

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I'm kinda bummed out. Control Resonant just isn't clicking for me. Fighting enemies is just boring and enemies keep spawning every time you walk down a street

210

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

It's the better Hollow Knight game

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Guess Fire Emblem fans are gatekeeping saying you can't play casual. Well I'm playing Casual/Hard, same way I played Three Houses.

000

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

1. Celeste 2. Kena Bridge of Spirits 3. Hollowknight 4. Hades 2 5. Sifu 6. The Witness 7. Deadcells 8. Transistor 9. Thumper 10. The Messenger I'm not counting E33 or Ori as indies even though may technically be indie.

140

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

not surprised. Chiefs/Cowboys always have to be on tv

001

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Namco saved me some money for now. Ace Combat 8 isn't Xbox Play Anywhere, The PC version seems to have performance issues while the Xbox version needs a subscription (game pass core) for multiplayer. Would have grabbed it day 1 if it was Xbox Play Anywhere. Play MP on PC when it gets fixed.

we want disc. Best we can do is new controller that takes credit card payments for digital game rentals.

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

I think the next new game I get will be Ace Combat 8. Mainly cause it will be something different for me and it looks fantastic. But I'm not getting anything new till I finish Control Resonant or Fire Emblem which isn't going to be for a while

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

2nd impression on Control Resonant Not sure I will like it more than the first one. It's a high bar to beat so doesn't mean I'm unhappy with the game Just been fighting standard enemies and I enjoy the gameplay loop more with the gun in Control than the melee weapon in this game.

020

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

PS3 is the only one I didn't get at launch. Since I went with Xbox 360 but yea I agree with you. The exclusives they have don't even wow me anymore, also don't want to pay for PS+ to get basic features.

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Disney+ with no ads going to $21.49 I remember it being $7 not that long ago

000

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Finished Dawnwalker now I can focus on Fire Emblem and Control for the next few weeks. Probably give the game a 7/10. Had some good moments but I was ready to be done with it. It's a good foundation for a future sequel.

010

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Once one of my favorite shows as a kid. The game for NES was also awesome

GreenZombie @greenzombie.bsky.social · 22/09/2026
