OG Elevator Action! Go down elevators. Shoot gun. Do flying ass attacks when gun isn’t useful. Vindicators is a vertical scrolling overhead tank game. Handles for tank control, collect fuel to stay alive, struggle against the fiddly controls. Pretty ok with 2p although it meant splitting resources

WAR: FINAL ASSAULT is a WASD+mouse FPS, except it is four big buttons and an inverted camera flight stick. Felt truly awful to control but I’m fascinated with it.

Magic Sword is a 50 looping floors of 2d beatemup. We didn’t finish this one. 50 floors is a fucking lot. Black Tiger is Ghouls and Ghosts. When you get hit you lose your armor, and then you turn into a skeleton. I’m gonna be real I think it was meaner than G&G. MK2 with the handbreaker layout

Went out to Spinners arcade in Frederick MD with the gf last night. Super cool space! Free play for 20 dollars! Here’s some arcade games and pinball we played. First of all, they have a working Hercules pinball machine. Objectively terrible cabinet but I can’t help but love it for what it is.

Saw Castle Rat, Amon Amarth, and Dethklok last night. Castle Rat wins the award for music I most vibe with. Amon Amarth gets the spectacle and crowdwork. Dethklok gets the nostalgia award. Really excited to see more from Castle Rat, since they’re starting to get a bit bigger

Hostile Architecture is my light supernatural/horror collaborative storytelling card game, based on For The Queen. It is flavored around haunted/cursed/sentient buildings, places, and spaces and the people who inhabit them, pulling some inspirations from SCP, Control, and other similar sources.
