GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 17hOkay, well maybe not "lied" per se, but I did find the time and energy to make another page. I'm as surprised as you are - in fact, probably more so. Anyway, page 33 is getting published tomorrow. 030 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 17hYou know how I kind of strongly implied that Page 32 would be the last page for this year? Well 130 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 13/10/2026I did basically nothing but this comic yesterday but sure enough, after a few more hours spent today, the page is done! As usual, here's the textless version and the talky bits are coming tomorrow once they've spent the night fermenting in the de-cringing vat. 121 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Outlines done. Backgrounds in pretty good shape too; this one's going to be one of those pages with lots of psychedelic colors in the back. Next up: rest of the colors and then shading. 150 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 11/10/2026On a holiday next week. Already got some progress done on Page 32. Trying to get this page done fast, as it'll be a good long while until the next good opportunity - it's either next week or next year. Time to grind. 163 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 16/07/2026There we go! Page 31 done! Well, except for the dialogue, which requires another day for a thorough de-cringing, but other than that all done. Full page coming tomorrow. 061 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 14/07/2026Colors done. Shading started. Most likely I'll get the rest of it done tomorrow, or surely Thursday. In any event, I'm almost certain that page 31 will get published this week. 040 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 12/07/2026Outlines done! Backgrounds too, I guess, but most of those are recycled, so I don't think those count. Next up: colors, shading and dialogue. 130 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 05/07/2026Initial sketches for page 31 done. I'll probably start outlining next Friday and get the page done some time the week after that. If so, I'll be tying my last year's record of 7 pages per year and with several months to spare. Been a pretty good year for this comic so far. Hope it lasts. 041 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 12/06/2026There we go! The 30th page of naked goblins being sad is indeed done, just as promised. As one could guess, this one's going to be rather light on the dialogue, and it's only lunch time here, so I might publish the talky bits later this evening instead of waiting until tomorrow. See you then! 150 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 11/06/2026Colors done! And about halfway done with shading too. Reusing old background assets speeds things up a lot. Not to jinx it, but I just might get all the important bits done tomorrow. If so, there's going to be a release this weekend. 150 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 10/06/2026Character outlines for page 30 are done already. Assuming I can keep this pace, the page will probably be out within a week. Feels good to have the time to do these again. 160 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 06/06/2026And done! Cutting it close, but we are indeed getting a new page of these two goblins this weekend. Going to be a pretty gruesome page this time around; be warned. 231 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 05/06/2026Didn't quite get shading completed today, but not that much left now. Got a session of Pathfinder tomorrow, but even so I'll try to find the time to finish this up. If I do find the time, this is getting published on Sunday; if not, then Monday. 030 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 04/06/2026Colors done! I'll probably get this page completed tomorrow. If so, expect a release some time this weekend. 061 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 27/05/2026Work on page 29 has started smoothly. Sketching done. Outlines started. As one might guess, pretty intense story stuff incoming, so apologies for the even-more-vague-than-usual screencaps. As an estimate, I'll probably have this page done some time next week. 000 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 24/05/2026And done! "Early June" my ass; this thing is coming out tomorrow! For once, I am ahead of schedule. Been a while since the last time that happened. 140 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 24/05/2026Colors done. That didn't take long. Let's see how far I get with shading today. 050 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 23/05/2026Outlines done. I'll start with coloring tomorrow. 061 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 22/05/2026Started with outlines today. Making good progress here. Might make more over the weekend. In any event, early June still feels like a plausible estimate. 020 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 19/05/2026While work on page 28 was technically started months ago, today I started working on the outline sketches. It's a reasonably simple page this time. Probably getting this done some time early June. 121 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 17/05/2026Oh yeah, for those who missed Page 27 in the morning, here it is again. I'm not sure if the notification feature here notifies you all of replies, or even reposts of replies, so just in case. If posting the pages as individual posts is helpful, do tell so I'll know to do it again in the future. 141 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 16/05/2026Done! It is done. Page 27 of Sodacan and Roadkill is completed! And actually on-schedule too. Thank you, Nott-induced drawing mania! As always, full release tomorrow once I'm sure the talky bits are not entirely terrible. 153 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 16/05/2026But, not only am I unhealthily obsessed with her again, but I also managed to channel some of that obsession into my pressure release valve of choice: Sodacan and Roadkill. I'll make a second update later today, but judging by how things are looking now... Soon. Very soon. 130 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 26/04/2026Colors done. Just started shading. I'll most likely get the rest of this done some time in May. Not on May Day weekend, though. As a Finnish person with a degree, I definitely have that weekend reserved for other things. 030 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 12/04/2026Today's session of Pathfinder got cancelled, so I had a surprise extra day to spend on this instead. Got some great progress done on the backgrounds. 040 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 06/04/2026Character outlines done! Pretty decent progress, despite everything. My estimate is that this thing still needs three-ish days of work, but it might be a while before I can actually find that time. My calendar for April is beyond full. My guess: release between mid-May and early June. 140 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 04/04/2026I initially planned on maybe getting an entire page done over the Easter, but I doubt that's gonna happen. Had a gnarly flu this week that's only just now getting better. That said, I have still gotten a little done today, and I plan on doing more tomorrow and on Monday. We'll see how far I get. 130 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 19/02/2026I'm breaking speed records here because Page 26 is *done*! Only took four days, though two of them were 12-hour days, but even so. This might be a personal best. Full release coming tomorrow. 162 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 19/02/2026Colors done! On to shading. Also, at this point I'm pretty much certain that this page is getting done this weekend, so hooray for that. That said, next page after this one will likely happen around Easter at earliest. Looked at my calendar and the next five weeks is definitely not drawing season. 130 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 18/02/2026Took me all day, but I got both sketches and character outlines done for page 26! Not to get expectations too high, but I might actually get this thing done within the next few days. Sure hope so. 131 0
GreenBunCafe @greenbuncafe.bsky.social · 18/02/2026Started production on page 26. I'm on holiday this week and I have intentionally reserved a lot of time just for this. Ultimate goal is to get the whole page from start to finish done this week, and I'll try hard to get there, but no promises quite yet. 021 0
