On a holiday next week. Already got some progress done on Page 32. Trying to get this page done fast, as it'll be a good long while until the next good opportunity - it's either next week or next year. Time to grind.

Since I was asked, I thought the rest of you might also want to know that I'm not dead. I'm back working as usual, so I haven't had the energy to work on the comic. Might get another page done in October, but the one after that will most likely be January at earliest. I'll keep you updated.

Initial sketches for page 31 done. I'll probably start outlining next Friday and get the page done some time the week after that. If so, I'll be tying my last year's record of 7 pages per year and with several months to spare. Been a pretty good year for this comic so far. Hope it lasts.

Been wrestling with the structure and flow of the next few pages. The end of a subplot is on the horizon, and that always requires tons of planning. Think I got it to a pretty good shape, though. Which was certainly not the case yesterday. Next up: some actual drawing. I'll keep you updated.

There we go! The 30th page of naked goblins being sad is indeed done, just as promised. As one could guess, this one's going to be rather light on the dialogue, and it's only lunch time here, so I might publish the talky bits later this evening instead of waiting until tomorrow. See you then!

Colors done! And about halfway done with shading too. Reusing old background assets speeds things up a lot. Not to jinx it, but I just might get all the important bits done tomorrow. If so, there's going to be a release this weekend.

I just finished watching the Mighty Nein series yesterday and damnit: I'm just as enamored with Nott the Brave as I was years ago! I need a second season now! Ahhh! As one could guess, Nott is the main reason why I draw what I draw these days. And with the series, she'll definitely stay that way.

Character outlines done! Pretty decent progress, despite everything. My estimate is that this thing still needs three-ish days of work, but it might be a while before I can actually find that time. My calendar for April is beyond full. My guess: release between mid-May and early June.

I initially planned on maybe getting an entire page done over the Easter, but I doubt that's gonna happen. Had a gnarly flu this week that's only just now getting better. That said, I have still gotten a little done today, and I plan on doing more tomorrow and on Monday. We'll see how far I get.

All the character outlines for Page 25 are done now. Still many steps to go, as I talked about the other week, but the hardest part is now done. It's all jogging downhill from here. As a guess, I would estimate the entire thing to be done some time next weekend.

Okay. I did actually deliver and get some work done on Page 25! Specifically, I decided to do a vertical slice - which is to say one single panel from start to finish - and talk a bit about how the process goes. Do note: the dialogue bits might change slightly in the finished page.

As an early estimate, Page 25 of Sodacan and Roadkill will probably be done somewhere around January. (Also Page 24 got done the other day in case you missed it.) Could be done earlier, of course, but November and especially December are usually pretty full of everything, so I wouldn't count on it.
