Got really lucky with that freight running through in the last picture. Knew I should act fast for it. I think I should have a couple more trails in me before it gets too cold out. Not a fan of winter hiking, too icy.

Missed out on hiking all of September due to a multitude of issues. Some medical, some car breaking, and a lot of rain. Been having some personal problems so I decided to finally do a repeat of the very first hike I did. I owe a lot to this trail, and especially to my brother for taking me here.

Honestly, sometimes a flatter hike can be quite nice. Initially I was thinking this place was a dud for interesting things, this was a county park. But this brook path was quite pleasant. A little too crowded to take pics in the head at the brook though.

I think this was the busiest con I have had in a while. Ran around much, didn't party but I had a lot of fun. Really didn't expect I had to impromptu buy a new phone then and there, but eh, I was gonna buy it anyways when I got back home. Shout outs to the boys, thanks for hanging out.

I finally found it. And I really need this damn coffee after work today. Holy shit, there's a whole saga I can't even describe right now. At the very least, it was funny having the cashier double take to make sure I meant I really wanted black iced coffee in it. I know what I can handle.

I think I was getting stalked by coyotes while on the trail today. I could just barely see the body of one. Was a bit too intimidated to get my phone out, had my hand on my spray instead, they surrounded me.

The lake was a bit out of the way, but eh. I already take too many water pics as is. Annoyed I slipped at the very end. Tore my damn new pants in the fall. I am fine otherwise at least, some gashes but nothing my first aid kit couldn't fix.

The lower peak had a great view of the valley on the opposite side from the river side. Could have spent all day sitting up there and looking out to it. Actually got late going home because of that.

Forgot to charge my camera so a selfie will do for the obligatory pic with my head on. Only had my phone to take any shots. Yesterday was a harder hike. Really wish I had that charge, it was beautiful out.

It's funny how sentimental you can get for the little things. I remember as a kid I used to hate the drive, I do miss seeing my family when they used to live in Delaware. It's a blank place, not much over there, but it was a nice change of scenery.
