My first paper out in collab between the Rouskin and Hagler labs! We developed a web platform for visualizing high-throughput RNA structure data obtained from DMS/SHAPE and used it to analyze the impact of pseudouridylation on RNA structure/riboswitch function. academic.oup.com/nar/article/...
