I get sewing mistrust is the key here, but doesn't the truth sort through the lies once the final results are in? Especially if the word is out that poll reporting runs through Ellison pipelines. Is that not much more than a flag to not trust immediate results?

And the point is writing it by hand would have been impossible. But testing it and verifying it like an engineer is what works.

Real programming isn't writing lines of code. Its testing and reviewing in hundreds of different edge cases. Its been that way since they sent people to the moon. Sit down ked.

And yet as a human one still has to survive in a capitalist society. the bills don't get paid by taking less work. they get paid by completing work. Would love to live in a different society that benefits all but we have to build it. Otherwise the capitalists will build their dream world.

The point is commenter is still here, using a vibe coded project despite it breaking often. A ton of applications broke often before LLMs and were still used by billions. Its a fallacy to say you don't use products that break. Engineering is different from coding.

You're using a vibecoded Bluesky right now. So many applications and web experience was built by people who copy pastad from stack overflow. The number of bugs and security issues put out in the world manually by humans in the last 40 years is incomprehensible. we already build w trust but verify

Society is constructed and engineered. There is a form of it that exists outside of social media constructs. You're still choosing to participate in this one. And there are consequences for everything.

Code doesn't work well without throughly testing the edge cases. This is what programmers really build. The actual functionality is about 10%. 90% is testing.

No my apologies for harshness. Its a development thing, shaming anyone who would put someone in danger like this. It would be like building a poorly designed bridge and then not walking across it yourself before opening it to the world. There's plenty of bugs and bad code out there built by humans

If you build code with no testing, QA, security, or thorough human testing and review than fuck you. But if you're the luddite you claim there's a massive hypocrisy with you being on a computer and using Bluesky which runs in a Data center and draws on the same moral and ethical issues.

You obviously aren't a programmer if you show up with a "the studies" show. Real programming is testing and methodical with pipelines for QA, reviews etc. I've had billions of lines written in a matter of weeks which is physically impossible by a human. If you've built a project with it you'd know.

I can then organize all those thoughts into structures and move them around as necessary without losing the forrest through the trees. No amount of therapy or medication can do that. Also supporting pharmaceuticals over this is a wild take.

You're incorrectly dialing in on ADHD and trying to explain it away like there's a solution. Its not that simple. If a person has several hundred coherent thoughts that need to be organized, but is afraid of losing one, I can get all those ideas written down without losing anything.

Its more volume than it is cognitive details. Some are waist deep in projects that would have taken 10x as long to complete as they would have by themselves. Or if one has several hundred ideas that need to be brought together in some kind of succinct order like many with ADHD its a boon.
