With rising oil prices, I'd thought why no one has successfully invented an engine that can intake water as fuel, I know there have been conspiracies about actual successful ones being shut down but scientifically speaking what makes this impossible?

Well the best news I’ve got is a vertical gaming mouse that hopefully will help with some of the pain I have. And it seem I /can/ fps with it. I should be able to get better with it too. It feels natural to squeeze it and move my arm around and not my wrist. It forces good habits.
