I'm like, pretty sure they quite literally did not know if this game would get a year 2 of DLC so they were under the assumption that year 1 was the start and end of the game's content cycle so when they said that they literally thought that it those year 1 DLC was, in fact, everything

gadget builds I've been running in crossworlds the first one is more focused on just driving a lot, and minimizing interruptions, my items aren't really for anything but guarding the other one a sort of feedback loop, where my attack items feed into buying more attack items, it's funny
