I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want Gr3atScotty to be going forward. Pokémon is still a huge part of the channel, but I’m really excited to start sharing more of the games I genuinely love too — including Planet Zoo 2 and Ocarina of Time.

Geodude equals Frito. I finally wrote the full story behind it, and why July 8 means so much to this community. This one means a lot to me.

I can’t believe this happened — I found my shiny alpha Furfrou in Pokémon Legends ZA! This hunt has been on my list since alpha Pokémon were confirmed, and it showed up way faster than I expected. He’s huge, sparkly, and fabulous. Now I just need a nickname. Any ideas? 👇

I’ll be late to the stream today, I’m at a last minute appointment and will need to bike back home when it’s done. Here’s a shiny Scatterbug in Pokémon Go as compensation. 🙏🏼

I’ve been enjoying doing some quiet shiny hunts tonight while watching a movie and recovering from the 10k this morning. The pokeradar is one of my FAVORITE shiny hunting methods, and I’m THRILLED to announce my first — and certainly not the last — Radar shiny of 2025: Basalisk, the Shiny Dunsparce

Backwards compatibility re-confirmed, and the games that are incompatible are probably going to be things like Labo due to the size difference between the Switch 2 and its controllers.
