I applied to be a mentor of teacher mentors. It’s a part time thing. We shall see what the cards hold. The job expectations are similar to what I’ve already done. I built a teacher-student mentor program from scratch. But I did that all for free. This job actually has a stipend.

I have taught them how to write scientifically. What I notice is they don’t answer the question asked. They just rattle off information that isn’t evidence based. It’s across the grade level. I’m sure I have room for growth as well.
