Jev may have its (narrow) use cases but the hype you see around is the perfect representation of the fact the greatest part of the AI bubble don't know what is important and what is not. Jev is a minor thing happening on AI compared to all the rest, yet the hype exploded.

Extremely depressed about Iran. The situation keeps getting worse and the war, unsurprisingly, has done nothing to improve the lives of Iranians and only has made it worse. I haven’t been able to reach many of my family members for weeks.

Aging was supposed to happen in base 12, not base 10. You're actually meant to be a kid until 12, a teenager until 24, a 20-something until you're 36, and in your thirties until you're 48. Your 40s should last until you're 60. That's why every decade milestone (30, 40, etc.) feels premature.

I appreciate that Israelis call it what it is: a war. These Iranians who are trying to run a marketing plan and say things like “it’s not a war, it’s a rescue operation,” are absurd. You’re not flying one helicopter in to save a few people. It’s a war!!!

Small apps you build with agents don't need to be written in a "sandbox" then "deployed". You can develop them in situ on the server. That is the premise of exe.dev/new.
