After 11min the bread was crispier on the outside but still had softness in the middle(300 was soft all around). The extra brown sugar needed a little butter on it to properly melt in. I’d say this was closer to a cinnamon toast experience. Softer is better to me. I opted out of icing this time 🥲

Considering everything was measured blindly and in the moment including the cream cheese icing I’d say this turned out exceptional! May or may not go with 325 degrees instead of 300. Gotta get the icing a lil better(I didn’t use vanilla and that might be the difference 🤷🏽‍♀️) 9/10
