Considering everything was measured blindly and in the moment including the cream cheese icing I’d say this turned out exceptional! May or may not go with 325 degrees instead of 300. Gotta get the icing a lil better(I didn’t use vanilla and that might be the difference 🤷🏽♀️) 9/10
