This is the paragraph from my initial evaluation that still burns me when I think about it when I finally tried to get an ADHD eval. I ended up not pursuing further services from the state org that put me through this and eventually got the proper diagnosis down the road

The client was early for today's evaluation and came dressed in a casual, but appropriate manner. The examiner will note that the client handled the scheduling of this appointment quite responsibly and was very diligent and organized in responding to text messages that were utilized in an effort to identify the particular location that would work for both our scheduled. There was no display of inattentiveness, distractability, or impulsiveness. During the course of the evaluation, he was friendly and cooperative while displaying a mildly dysphoric quality. However, he did not verbalize any unusual thought content including that related to self-harm, death, or the afterlife. His presentation and description of history, and symptoms was suggestive of mild autistic features coupled with anxiety, Finally, there was no evidence of illness or fatigue during the completion of today's evaluation.
