Alice, our president, and Kyle, our represented the NZNF at the World Congress of the International Naturist Federation. We are all very excited to get updates on their return home- and having our small nation represented there is extremely important, so well done!

A simple way to start in naturism? Try doing a small task without clothes. just you, your body, and the moment. These little acts of presence can help you feel more free, more grounded, and more you 🌵

We remember one of the titans of NZ naturism - Kay Hannam - who recently passed. She chaired the INF Conference in NZ, only the 2nd time it was held in the Southern Hemisphere. She authored the book "Nude With Attitude". She was editor of Gonatural magazine, and owner of Wai-natur naturist park.

The month of May is named after the Greek goddess, Maia, which in turn means "mother". In Māori, Māia means bold, brave & courageous, and describes a person with strength of character. So, here's to all the strong, brave, loving and nurturing mother figures out there. Happy mothers day! 🌷

Women are taught to “cover up” and feel shame about their bodies. Naturism is letting go of that fear and standing in your own confidence. Your body is part of who you are—nothing to hide. Thousands of women stand with you around the world. — Alice de Wet, President of @gonatural.bsky.social
