Matt Frank will be at G-FEST! @mattzilla85.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

Another high-end commission - the mighty HORRI-BULL, a Decepticon Headmaster from G1! I really like how the colors pop on this one, thank you @heatthethief.bsky.social for the commission!

It's particularly annoying when it's a serious topic, like shut tf up!

Here's hoping for at least red Mirage, I think he has more sales potential than say, Riggorus. Now watch as they give a mainline Riggorus a Diaclone head 😒

You have a deep understanding of the G1 art style that not anybody can adopt. Your takes on non-show characters are spot on!

I love the purple elephant, I would give him many kisses

I want to see a show where Optimus Primal has these exact proportions and I am NOT kidding

I'm open to wacky repaints but I sure hope they don't do fragile transluscent "energon" bits for these

True! I Like to think most of their colonies are in the same system.

Generation Mechs is *out now* and shipping worldwide. If you’ve contacted me about TF books in the past you should have received an email about how to get Gen Mechs (check your spam if not). Newbies should email mtmte.books@gmail.com for pricing and shipping info

Ngl, while I think both are great, I'm inclined towards Netflix/Legacy United because of his proportions and the sweet silver bits

Great, another reminder of Jetfires's infamous death scene in Transformers the Movie

Even mistransformed, this thing looks pretty ugly. The only thing going for it is the train mode? Siege Astrotrain absolved of it's weird shuttle mode back puece I guess...

The reveal will be something that's leaked 24 hours before and it'll be some shit like blue windows 86 Sunstreaker lmao

It's a shame this is the one that comes with the different head because I wanted this kit for the Godzilla, so I can have it as a Grimlock to go with my Timelines Japanese themed Transformers. No T-Rex fossils found in Japan? Easy, Grimlock turns into a Gojira.

That must be so satisfying. Btw the RID Decepticons, with the exception of Scourge scale pretty well next to them

I kinda want Xaaron just to repaint him as Megatron

I had a lady complain we didn't help her even though she and her son CONFIRMED she did not have enough money on her card. She said she was satisfied with the service but that she was also unsatisfied we couldn't help her. At least my boss was there and saw the whole thing. Some people are just NPCs

Try it anyway, I'm starting with Blokees because they're cheaper and easier to dismantle. I'll probably stick to those if I wamma be practical, but I do know I'll improve on my paint eventually.

Greatly appreciate that these borrow so much from their cute toy designs

Next up after Cliffjumper is Ladybug… Or multiversal Lady Cliffjumper if they prefer. Interestingly, red Bumblebee was my first Transformers toy ever… Now they have their own name. And I think that’s pretty cool. #Maccadam

So for reaching 1k followers… I’m gonna draw all nine of the officially released 1984 G1 Mini Bots. (Yes, nine.) Starting with the two that you’ve seen already… Brawn and Gears!

Blokees Wheels Transformers C01 Roll Out is coming! These look like an impressive upgrade on Transformers alt mode Defenders, which are excellent fun & make your Titans into playsets. So it will be interesting to see how they interact with my #Transformers collection. #Blokees

Again, I need to dig out the non-logoed version. Drawn after the then recent Core class toys, this is probably one of my favorite things I have ever drawn. And yes, the cakes jokes have been done into the upper triple digits. Seriously, it’s kinda old. #maccadam
