I just finished a book written by Louise Penny and Hilary Clinton. State Of Terror. It was a page turner! I had read Louise Penny's Three Pines Series-and Three Pines makes an appearance in this novel. I give it 5 stars.

1/? I was in Ontario to visit my mother who is in the hospital and she has dementia. My mother is straddling two worlds right now. My mother recognized me and was happy to see me each day and each day it was new for her. She doesn't remember my visit. I don't mind.

Life is a balancing act. It is in constant flux though sometimes it can be hard to see that when all is calm but boy when it starts to shift in bigger ways then hold on to your hats or not.

Carney emotionally recites Leonard Cohen: "Ring the bells that still can ring. Forget your perfect offering. There's a crack, a crack in everything. That's where the light gets in." In every moment where there's a crack, there is possibility. It's our opportunity as Canada in this moment to find it.

Trump's account posted a dystopian video featuring dark imagery with him as saviour, of course and accompanied by a song that sounded familiar reminiscent of the 60's. I couldn't find it but I found this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=M79n...
