Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 06/06/2025well okay since learning the trap in ISAT was the "if you feel safe you die" trap (or something like that)... I was curious if I just walked through the hallway if it would go off because I don't feel safe... it does. Sorry Sifferin :c 110
Reposted by BasketsShmaylor @shmaylor.bsky.social · 05/06/2025It's that time of the year again! 🤩🤩🤩 011

Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 06/04/2025Seeing recs for Frieren everywhere and I started it and it IS good.... But partner mentioned "ohhhh this is where the 'justified racism' comes in" on the last arc we watch and oh my godddd it's such a a real comment and really came out of left field for me 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 24/03/2025i will say, these panels from 2009 are kinda unreal reading in 2025 with all the generative ai nonsense going around these days. weird echo. 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 24/03/2025kinda unreal that girl genius webcomic has been ongoing since 2002 and I get to catch up like 6 years worth of comics since I stopped reading it :D 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 15/02/2025I keep looking at that and being like "well at least there won't be long before more" 😂 I'm just glad to have finished foxglove summer. I stalled out on that one like three times but now I am just devouring the rest! 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 14/02/2025Works still on fire But really getting through the rivers of London series. I'm not going to know what to do with myself once I catch up 😭 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 11/02/2025God the way they cram themselves together is SO creepy!! It's like "oh I didn't know it would be worse when the zombies aren't moving" but somehow they did it!! Amazing acting and story telling but totally agree with you! It's a lot!! 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 11/02/2025Oh man yeah, the zombies are so unsettling in Kingdom!! I love the setting and historical!zombies but o.o they are some of the scarier zombies I've seen in a while. 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 09/02/2025It's not even like this book isn't just mystery case stuff but like.... It actually connects to an overarching plot in a way the two novellas did not 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 09/02/2025Ohhhh, I was doing so well making through the two novellas between RoL book 5 and 6 but now I'm on book 6 and dying. I just want case fic ;__; 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 08/02/2025Aww, so I'm onto novella 5.5 about a cousin and loooove how much character voice is in the narration (13y girl) but even more how the footnotes they got a different narratior (old man voice) to do the footnotes as he explains what "sus" means. Delightful choice! 010
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 08/02/2025I've made it through book 5 of rivers of london 🦾🦾🦾 030
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 07/02/2025Like on one hand know the social interaction is good for me. On the other, oh the relief DND is cancelled and I don't have to be social 😔 120
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 06/02/2025Genuinely I'll just listen to books I'm 30s intervals because I cannot deal with this!! Some reason, audio hits me harder on this stuff than reading physical words. I'm dyinnnnnggggg. 220
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 06/02/2025and all the fic is tagged "post-lied sleeping" so it'd be really nice to at least get to that book... 🥺🥺 010
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 06/02/2025I can feel the molasses pull of not finishing this book because I don't want the characters to be betrayed so if I don't read that part maybe they be cool and not do it!! But also I'm like **multiple** books behind 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Happily that job is like 7 years behind so at least there's that? 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Oof, okay well that is a decent wakeup call Me: my last job wasn't that bad. Like it wasn't good but it wasn't that bad. S: it LITERALLY sent you to the hospital :| Me: ....mmmmmm.. it... sounds pretty bad when you say it like that...... 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Also feeling terribly teased of - folks on tumblr talking about ace!nightingale being canon in latest book (idk if I really believe them) but AO3 has a true lack of fic with that 😔 there's a few but... more please.... 030
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Getting through rivers of london again and just please let this reread wave carry me through foxglove summer I've reread the series twice to that point but always lose it there 🤞🤞 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 01/02/2025Ahh Rivers of London always reminds me how I feel reading and listening to audiobooks are largely interchangable: I got to one of the later books when I was listening through and I was like "but I've read this one before!! How do I not have it??" turns out I had the ebook not the audiobook lol. 010
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 31/01/2025Wow I really am just hopping between books. Now relistening to Rivers of London... Still haven't made it past foxglove summer but I'm still restarting at book 1 rather than picking up there. I just like rereading things u_u esp with work being a bit of a nightmare my brain is just going blehhhhhhhh 120
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 24/01/2025On one hand I want to ask for murder mystery recs... On the other I have like a million Agatha Christie books I could be reading... 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 24/01/2025The Haunting in Venice movie really got me - like going into it assuming it was a ghost movie 😂 then no ghosts!! Or are there...? But regardless, a great murder mystery movie 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 24/01/2025Slowly working my way through The Mysterious Affair at Styles and just oh my god the narrator is just a very good part fall man. Endless oh you sweet little idiot moments. Never thought to like actually try Agatha Christie before now but she does have a way :D 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Never really got into the mystery genre as a kid (strictly sci-fi/fantasy) but watched a Haunting in Venice and then 3 other murder mysteries movies and now listening to the actual Agatha Christie novels. Compelling... 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Oh also just gorgeous pixel art :chefskiss: obsessed 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Time loop?? Oops all queer characters?? Main character with a touch of self-hatred? Bad puns??? Vaguely threatening Eldritch beings??? Did I mention the time loops?????? I need to know!!! 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Me: I don't like games with heavy plot. Games like hollow knight, terraria, hyper light drifter and where I can listen to podcasts/audiobooks -watches one let's play of in stars and time- Me: I *MUST* know how it ends. 150
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 14/01/2025I'm so bravely rereading this long fic since I'm like 50/160k through recording 😔 120
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 14/01/2025double checked all my links!! got all my multivoices backed up and fixed coverart on a few really old ones (realized even on the super old ones which I do have backed up, i only did the mp3 not the coverart so I was checking EVERYTHING) 🦾🦾🦾 020
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 11/01/2025Now!! Time to listen to some ITPE gifts!! After... Maybe record some of one of the long WIPs I have in progress... 010
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 11/01/2025.... but also it is haunting my dreams and every moment. So there is still a chance I might finish it years later if only so I can attempt to destroy that tell tale heart. 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 11/01/2025nothing anyone can say will actually stop me from making ill-conceived multivoice decisions but oh my god, 3+ years later!! I'm finally done!! With my 5k multivoice starwars/venom podfic. Coverart by vexbatch. archiveofourown.org/works/62137795 142
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 08/01/2025Continued adventures in listening to stormlight archive and oh my god I'm going to smother kaladin 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 07/01/2025Enjoying VT but depression is kicking my ass outside it 🔪🔪🔪 120
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 19/12/2024I fucking love Lopen and all his cousins. Kaladin's like "you can't just switch armys.... That's like illegal." And Lopen and his cousin are just like "LOL get good" Delightful. 010
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 18/12/2024I'm so jealous though. The nearest showing to me is HOURS away so 😭 I'm not seeing them on the 2025 tour at least. I've heard such good things about it 😭 000
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 18/12/2024Until I decided to look up Broadway near their town. Now my dad gets 2 tickets to hadestown and I'm so jealous. He loves musicals, I think he'll love it so much!! 110
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 18/12/2024Panic because going to my parents in 3 days and I still have had no ideas for what to get my dad and even if I had one it's likely too late to order anything.... 100
Baskets @godoflaundry.bsky.social · 17/12/2024If I can make it past the bridge collapse, I'll probably be good 🦾 110
