FurAffinity (a furry focused online art gallery) is looking for funding after refusing to comply with advertiser demands. And oh boy are some of those advertiser demands pretty ridiculous. (alt text added)

A post from a FurAffinity developer blog which says:

What makes this situation frustrating is that the bar for what advertisers consider "adult content" is very very low. For example they consider plus size characters, two characters hugging, and "barbie doll nudity" to be adult content, despite these being normal everyday things that are not adult at all. This is why you may see other sites with restrictions on how characters cant be posed or dressed "too provocatively."

We receive a daily list of items that they have flagged as violations and have to sort through them. If they're legitimate violations, we re-rate them. If they aren't, we don't touch them. Submissions that are not violations of our policies are still held against us.

We have had many email conversations, Zoom calls, and even an in-person meeting with representatives to help resolve this to no avail.

“Why didn’t they just stop playing the scary game” I guarantee you if you found a weird copy of Mario or smth with secret areas and weird monster things you would explore it with complete fascination because creepypastas aren’t real and the characters in them don’t know they’re in a creepypasta

I really like that one marvel/DC collab universe where all the characters co-exist like they have captain america and Wonder woman be war budies, they have superman try to get spiderman to join the daily planet because clark hates jamerson, it's fucking awesome

I know the sift announcement overshadowed the actual next drop, but im really happy about it. ive wondered why we didn't have ice caves ever since the cave update, same with the freeze effect being expanded beyond powdersnow, and im always hyped for new mob varients.

Godlikk the (w)o(ke)mni @godlikktheomni.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

they're adding a fourth dimension to vanilla, and the same people that were hating on the sift for not being in vanilla now hate that it is coming to vanilla I don't think anyone who bitch and moans about the end update would actually be happy about the end update at this point.

Uhhh what about neurodivergent people who don’t act like the stereotypical “adult”? Will non native English speakers be marked as kids due to grammar errors? Will homeschooled kids be erroneously marked as adults if they don’t use keywords like “high school”? It’s just actively judging everyone now

Had an old sketch I never finished... and oops now it's a Felicia x Petra otp

An illustration of Marvel's Black Cat(Felica) and the out of the closet Petra Parker. Felicia is sitting on an implied roof lining with Petra sitting on the ground and leaning against her. Felicia's smiling with one arm around Petra and the other playing with Petra's messy hair. Petra is pouting.

There's a text bubble from Felicia that says "Your hair isn't gonna survive if you keep wearing a mask like that, Tiger. ♥"

Another thing to remember on this bisexual day is that The Grungler is canonically bi. I do enjoy how it's become a term for "token cis guy who hangs out with a bunch of trans weirdos" but the original post was also about straight women being weird about bi men.

women will go on a 1st date with a guy and things will be going well until the guy casually mentions he's bi and she'll go home and start posting stuff like like 'we need to normalize being straight' and 'whatever happened to beauty' meanwhile the guy went home to play video games with a bunch of weird discord transsexuals and he named his character 'the grungler' and he keeps saying stuff like 'check it out guys, i'm the grungler'

to some degree it kinda feels like people found in Gooseworx a trans woman to get away with "ethically" dehumanizing and lolcow-ing and for as much as i think she could've handled certain things better, the fact its even gotten this bad in and of itself is pretty disgusting to me
