Hemmed in by fog and traffic on the M25 en route home from Cornwall, the thought of connecting with the Yellow Warbler seemed a dim and distant prospect. However it showed beautifully this afternoon and so did the Scops Owl at Broadstairs! Nice to see @tsbirding.bsky.social!

Siberian Chiffchaff still at Milton CP this morning, after it was first ringed there on the 14th. Also among the collybita Chiffs (10+) there has been another very pale bird @cambsbirdclub.bsky.social #cambirds
