These women have made history. After a long fight, GMB can today announce that we've thrashed out a framework agreement for settling equal pay claims in Birmingham City Council. A significant step towards pay justice. ✊

MASSIVE WIN. Almost all workers in the TVS Leicester distribution hub are GMB members, and so when it comes to negotiating with their employer - they stand together, they speak with one voice and they can't be divided. As a result they are strong, and they win.
