It's really worrying that these dogs trained to bite are around in public under the "control" of untrained posing individuals. Both the dogs and the owners should licenced. A mandatory distinctive harness and lead should also be mandatory.

The triple lock is life or death for some pensioners so be careful, a fairer system would be to tax wealth as well as income. That would spread the burden more. One form of wealth tax is inheritance tax, at the moment it's easy to avoid, so introduce a wealth tax and IHT can be done away with.
