Baking Journal; Yogurt Cake. This recipe normally calls for plain, or greek yogurt, but we tried it with Balkan yogurt instead to see the difference. The result is that the Cake is not as dense, but also not as sweet either. #food🍜🍽 #baking

Let it be known that while I can make buttercream icing no problem, I HATE making boiled icing! It's a pain in the ass to keep consistent, and it solidifys too quickly to work with!

Brownies without the icing and made with Gluten-free flour.

More of a cake-like texture than brownie, but it honestly tastes better without the icing.
