Baking Journal; Buttermilk Brownies, Another recipe me and Mom both tried out, but with different variations. First picture is we made the recipe as-is, and the second picture is after halfing the recipe, no icing, and using Gluten free flour instead of All purpose flour. #food🍜🍽 #baking

Let it be known that while I can make buttercream icing no problem, I HATE making boiled icing! It's a pain in the ass to keep consistent, and it solidifys too quickly to work with!

More of a cake-like texture than brownie, but it honestly tastes better without the icing.
