Scirocco update! I have found a way to easily modify the #VW control arms to accept Saab #Saab 9-5 lower ball joint. This meant that I, for the first time, could bolt up a Saab 9-5 knuckle, hub, brake disc, coilover, NG900 driveshaft and OG9-3 15" wheel 😀 HUGE step for this project. #weirdcarBS

Finally got Tecnocast replica wheel decals made. Installed them the other day and it made such a difference. #Mitsubishi

My MR2 had a big misfire or something last night during a pull. Not sure if it did hit boost cut for some reason or perhaps fuel starvation due to low fuel level.. Will have to investigate to make sure nothing's wrong

Back in 2020, I lost my father following 20+ years of him struggling with Huntington's disease. He was only 65 when his body couldn't do it any longer. Today, 27 Sept 2026, I Iost my stepfather (who was just as much of a dad to me), at only 67, after fighting ALS for 3 years. I'm gutted. 😭

Winter storage issue for 2026-2027: I don't have anywhere to put these 4: * 1992 Vectra A * 2003 Colt * 2003 9-5 Aero * 2001 Omega 9-5 and Omega are fine (ish) to store outdoors during winter, but I really need to find a solution for Colt and Vectra :/

I just got home from the cinema after watching 'Heart Of The Beast' (apparently premiered earlier here in Sweden than in many other places?). Loved it. Beautifully shot. As a very emotional person and a friend of animals, there are a couple of scenes that are.. tough. :')

Made a little control panel and a wiring harness to run NG900 / OG9-3 4cyl engines "on bench". It has an ignition switch, oil pressure light, battery warning light, check engine light, and a couple of fuses. Today's bench happened to be my Saab B204L swapped (WIP) 1977 #VW Scirocco 🙂

After all these years, I still like my MR2 Turbo (or GT to be precise) more and more. Best mod of 2026 so far is a 3D printed clutch pedal spacer, which made the car SO much better to drive for me. Wonderful car to drive, and at ~350bhp it outperforms many cars even on the straights. #Toyota
