My instinct is to be proud and happy for someone who turned the page on the Trump cult, but I can't help but feel angry that it took someone being shot and killed to make him realize that Trump doesn't care about anyone but himself. Even worse that tens of millions of Americans STILL don't get it.

I unceremoniously parted ways with my corporate job this year. I had recently made a Facebook post expressing my struggles with feeling dehumanized and unable to protect my team from corporate toxicity. Only a small handful of former peers have reached out to me. This is the only person I miss.
