Our review of the 4 largest climate funds finds: ✅ Good project-level data on their own websites ⚠️ 3 don’t publish data to IATI, making it harder to compare with other climate & development finance, coordinate efforts & track impact #ClimateFinance
Table showing the results of the abridged transparency assessment of the four largest multilateral climate funds: the Green Climate Fund, the Global Environment Facility, the Green Investment Funds, and the Adaptation Fund. We used a traffic-light system to illustrate our findings. Green signifies consistently available information, orange denotes partial or inconsistently found information, and red indicates the absence of information. Each fund is scored against ten indicators :Transactions, Forward looking budgets, Results  data, Evaluations, Subnational locations , Implementing partners, Mitigation/adaptation, Grant equivalent, IATI publication, and OECD DAC CRS reporting.
