0-6. Not really a contest once Lincoln went down to 9 men but we did what was required Goals for Pablo and Big Tom A bit surprised Bowen played the full 90 On to Swansea. Irons #whu

To summarise: 1. Racist abuse reported by opposing team player at Millwall 2. Millwall manager annoyed that it caused the game to be stopped 3. Millwall manager then freely admits he only feels this way because they ended up losing the game Stay classy lads... www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...

When I look at my record collection I can trace most of my taste back to finding these 9 records They appeared at different points in my life. There is a story for each one I love them all. My list of favourites would look different. And change weekly In (rough) biographical order I think

11. An American Werewolf In London (1981) The gold standard of modern werewolf movies. The tone, setting, music and effects are excellent. The balance of comedy and pathos is done to perfection Oh, and Jenny Agutter 😍 A total banger to end a 'mixed' movie week of 🌕🐺 #31DaysofHorror🎃 #filmsky

10. Wolf (1994) A werewolf movie with Jack Nicholson, prime 90s Pfieffer, Spader giving his best sleazy motherfucker and Plummer doing old, rich asshole should NOT be this insipid and flat The script isn't great but has some potential. Get another director on it. Marty? #31DaysofHorror 🎃 #filmsky

9. Ginger Snaps (2000) Inventive, sassy take on werewolf lore. Very well written and made with two great central performances too Pretty easily the best werewolf movie I've seen this week. Enjoyed the hell out of it 🌕🐺 Terrible movie posters though 😬 #31DaysofHorror🎃 #filmsky

That's not even really a criticism. It's always been one of the more 'fluid' genre classifiers American Football and My Chemical Romance being grouped together is both a trip and somewhat reasonable if you squint hard enough

8. Dog Soldiers (2002) There is a yawning chasm between the idea (excellent) and the execution (hapless) Could've been terrifying. Or pure popcorn entertainment. It ends up just being a waste But no one told Sean Pertwee who brilliantly delivers the goods in his role #31DaysofHorror 🎃 #filmsky

7. The Howling (1981) Gonzo horror creature feature style werewolf movie. Some Invasion of the Bodysnatchers "they walk among us" vibes. Some woeful acting and flimsy plot but overall it's entertaining enough and has some great SFX and transformation scenes (for 1981) #31DaysofHorror

6. Silver Bullet (1985) Solid enough but a fairly by the numbers Stephen King adaptation. Highlights are some decent special FX and werewolf design from Carlo Rambaldi and a really great Gary Busey performance. The movie is...fine. Worth a watch! 🌕🐺 #31DaysofHorror 🎃 #filmsky

It's werewolf week 🌕🐺 5. The Curse of the Werewolf (1961) Oliver Reed as a werewolf? Sign me up! And he's great. But this is an otherwise disappointing effort. A forgettable, slow first half drags the film down until Reed appears. Decent wolf design and makeup too #31DaysofHorror 🎃 #filmsky

When have authoritarian rulers ever shown any contrition? It's one of the many issues in letting oil state countries buy football clubs. They never hear 'No', they are never accountable to anyone, they don't like being told that they cannot do something
