Has London ever hosted a decent quality #NFL game?? This is absolute muck so far A 7th round, 3rd choice QB playing against Daniel Jones who is playing like a 7th round, 3rd choice backup QB

1. The Masque of the Red Death (1964) 2. House of Usher (1960) Kicking off #31DaysofHorror with a ripping double-bill of Poe adaptations from Roger Corman Vincent Price is terrific in both and they look GREAT #filmsky

I have Good Morning Football on the TV in the background while I do stuff Which seems like exactly what the show is designed for. Because the takes are absolutely dreadful and yet being yelled at me with such conviction! 😄 🏈

Followed up the excellent HOPE with another rollicking action horror from Korea Some studio Ghibli on the big screen A surprisingly bleak and rather good Ashton Kutcher joint wasn't in my plans Ditto for an equally bleak and very good Keanu Reeves one #LastFourWatched #LetterBoxdFriday #filmsky

Resident Evil. A rip-roaring, real-good time at the movies (with a fair bit of horror and gore). 95 mins. Bosh. And we all need more of those, don't we? Great fun with a crowd #filmsky

Movies adapted from books (or poems 😉) A book is a book. A movie is a movie. Different things entirely I watched both versions of The Shining this weekend One is a masterpiece that the book's author hated The other was adapted by said author. And it's dreadful. And twice as long...🤷 #filmsky

This is the #1 issue with VAR in football It's opaque, subjective, ambiguous wording of Laws and guidance "Blatant error" could mean anything VAR checks should be time limited and played at full speed Blatant errors will reveal themselves www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...

Only use VAR when error blatant - Uefa referee chiefs

Video assistant referees should only be used to change "blatantly incorrect" decisions and clear missed incidents, say European refereeing officials.
