My article is now out in the Journal of Modern History. It looks at Italian-Tunisians in the interwar years and complicates the idea that transnationalism always stands in opposition to nationalism.

Ce manifeste, ou « livre blanc », marque un coup d’envoi médiatique en faveur de réformes d’inspiration néolibérale qui marqueront la Suisse durant les années suivantes. Les auteurs de ce manifeste ne sont pas seulement issus du grand patronat : ils sont aussi professeurs d’université, journalistes ou encore dirigeants d’une école commerciale privée, l’International Institute for Management Development (IMD) de Lausanne. Ensemble, ils forment un réseau mobilisé pour donner une orientation néolibérale à l’économie suisse. À partir de la projection d’extraits d’archives télévisuelles, les intervenant·es animeront une discussion avec le public pour analyser les stratégies mises en œuvre par les milieux patronaux suisses dans les années 1990 visant à promouvoir ces réformes.
