In that case, you probably would need to shut off the main and have an in-line one added at the fridge for them to do the install. Something that looks like the attached image. Having a plumber come out to do it would probably be like a hundred bucks, but it can technically be DIY.

On this fine Sunday, I want to share a piece of documentation from one of my previous jobs, where they refused to give me any tools to make a diagram and told me to do it in MS Paint. (I used GIMP instead, for reasons.) They got what they paid for. This is still used in their docs today.

Look at this absolute monster of a bolt I had to buy. This is absurd. I shouldn't need this. But I did and I hate that for me. Even more, I hate that it did exactly what I needed it for, for about 30 seconds, and now I have no further use for it.

New desk new desk. Need to clean up a touch more, and need a longer displayport cable so I can move the laptop to the table, but it looks nice and I feel less physically broken than yesterday when I hauled it around and built it!

Took 40 years, but I can finally say I've seen the aurora firsthand. Barely visible with the human eye this far south and in a lot neighborhood, but the photo came out better than I expected.

I said I 3d printed a potato, and here's the prototype version. Definitely needs a redo with a smaller nozzle, probably a different base color filament, different support setup, etc. But it sure works for a prototype.

You've seen Raina before, hope you enjoy her again. This blanket was made for our son, but Raina claimed it very quickly and it became hers for the rest of her life. Nobody was allowed to use it, and wherever it was, she'd sleep happily. This was actually right next to my spot on the couch.
