Following on from seeing Aldous Harding in Southampton on Tuesday night, I had the absolute pleasure of seeing her again in London at The Barbican. Slightly further back and less intimate it made her even less chatty in between songs, 🤣 but the was just as mesmerising #AldousHarding

Oooooooo @cerysmatthews.bsky.social playing music with a relationship to food & eating today. Surely we're going to hear some Bacon Butt Fat? On the show where I was first introduced to the masterpiece by Charles Williams! #6music

Totally unexpected today. No exercise for 2 weeks. No parkrun last weekend. Turned up late & got to the start line with 30 seconds to spare this morning. No warm-up or stretching beforehand. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #parkrun

Funny old game. Last week, I thought I really struggled at parkrun & ended with a PB for the 3rd successive week, by 17 seconds. Today, I felt really comfortable and even managed a "sprint" at the end and got a 4th PB (4 weeks in a row). But only 3 seconds quicker than the previous week! #parkrun

This is just getting a bit daft now. Three PBs, three weeks in a row at Southampton parkrun. This week obviously spurred on by what I have been listening to. #parkrun 👍 #Southampton 🔴⚪️ #pb 💪 #running 🏃‍♂️ #OneSmallStep 📖 #audiobooks

Oh, @davegorman.bsky.social, that was very special. I'm so pleased I waited to watch these three shows as they aired. All three were superb, of course, but that very last segment was simply wonderful! #DaveGorman #modernlifeisgoodish #cashintheattic

My quickest Parkrun in almost seven years this morning. 27.34. My daughters best time. It was great to run with her again after her being away for 10 weeks in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. #Parkrun

33.10 at Itchen Valley Park Run this morning. I love Parkrun, it is the bst way to start your weekend, but I can't say I enjoyed this course. It was very dangerous in places on the first half of the course. Need a plan b for this time of year, guys. Still, another 5km ticked off. #Parkrun 🏃‍♂️

You have to love Luke Littler. And although I've never loved MVG, I actually felt for him at one point. I honestly thought that would be a 7-6 either way. An amazing performance from Luke The Nuke. #WorldDartsChampionship #LoveTheDarts #Luke #MVG #Littler 🎯🎯🎯

Well that was fucking emotional. A few beers in the local for a great mate, who left us very suddenly this week. So pleased his wife, sons, and pregnant daughter in law showed their faces. As he would have been there for a few Christmas beers tonight! RIP Hursty ⚽️ 🍻 🔴⚪️&🔵⚪️
