I've been on this fish-n-chips trip all year ever since I went to Portland Fish Market on Woodstock and got their salmon fish-n-chips and LOVED it. So last couple times I got one of these steelhead filets I made beer batter and deep fried in the wok but I'm not feeling that rn

this is one of the ones you get frozen at Winco. Pacific Seafood brand, I think they are farmed or at least raised at some hatchery up in Eastern Washington on the Columbia. They're pretty great

I also think it’s interesting (annoying) that the O regularly fear mongers and does red scare lite by calling Morillo, Green and TKL “DSA“ councilors, but the paper of record would never call Zimmerman, Clark et al PBA/PMC councilors, even though that is what they are, and who they are beholden to.
