I have two pairs of mitts for #FOFriday because when I had almost finished the 2nd mitt of the first pair, I realized it was significantly shorter than the first mitt. Solution? Knit another pair! 🧶 Yarn: Dream in Color Smooshy in Cabaret Pattern: Soccer Mitts by Erica Hauser #knitsky #knitting

Much as we love bookshops, they need more than love to keep going. A bookshop can be the centre of a whole community. Bookshops support authors; organize events. A thriving bookshop teaches the next generation that literacy matters. So don't just love your bookshop: actually buy books there.

Autumnal colors are kinda my thing! 🧡💛❤️ For #showmeyourknits this week, here are three of my most favorite shawls/scarves. Clockwise, (yellow actually light orange) the Spiced Ginger Shawl by Maria Greene, Twisted Edge scarf ( cannot find pattern), & Marlia shawl. 🧶 #knitsky #knitting
