you essentially break up a couple of eggs, mix it with silken tofu, broth, and some seasonings and protein if you want (I use a little soy sauce and white pepper with some shrimp), then steam the bowl in water on the stove until it’s solidified! ☺️ I blended a couple recipes on google that I liked!

Oh. Yeah. I got a new job that’s less than an 10 minute bike ride from my home with some good people that literally made a position for me because they liked my background and experience so much. 🥹 leaving my work friends was hard but I also hated the commute and I’m going to ride my bike so much 😍
