Lanterns is a phenomenal show. It’s fantastically written, with a dull moment never being in sight, terrifically acted, with Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre making for one of the best pairings on television, and it also delivers on the action. A+ DC show. I’m eager to see what comes next.

If I were to become a professional film critic, one idea I had was having a TV show where I review films with another reviewer on the spectrum. The show would be similar to Siskel & Ebert.

Or maybe because you just wasted money unnecessarily making a live-action version of an animated film that wasn’t even ten years old, and as such is (from what I heard) an even more blatant copy than last year’s HTTYD remake. Did you even take that into consideration?

Watched the new Ebenezer trailer, and it looks meh. There have been better Christmas Carol adaptations, and I doubt it’ll live up to any of them. If Ti West directed it similarly to Pearl, that would’ve been great. Still hoping the Eggers one happens someday.

The only Woo films I’ve seen are Mission: Impossible 2 and Face/Off. I prefer the latter. I’d like to check out some of his other films, particularly Hard Boiled and Silent Night.
