The things someone creates are a part of their embodiment in the world. You can't understand Mary Oliver by reading just one poem, or Shakespeare by reading just one sonnet. The poems challenge each other. They bolster and inform each other. The same is true of the games by a designer.

I've tried both ways (both offering my work as paid, as well as pay-what-you-want), but I think my work is perhaps too niche. Similarly to other people that have responded, I see lots of evidence of downloads (especially when my games are included in bundles), but no evidence of them being played

All of my games have a section containing references and further reading material! 📚 For my last release, Misjubin, I was reading academic articles about local excavations, archaeological artefacts, and prehistoric temples. I'm currently looking at comets and astronomy for a future release. ☄️

It's the first time I've physically printed out one of the games I made! Incidentally, this is also a sneak peek of an upcoming release. Now, the question is, A3 or A4?
