I picked Farig bc of its high HP and easy access but Manaphy is probably the best. Skill Swap turn 1 and I doubt it can do anything back. It might be possible to get some Throat Chop shenanigans going on but I didn't test it. Soundproof might be another option but every teammate would need it.
