My mental health is poor. Really fucked up my job interview today, and I'm definately thinking I showed to myself why I'll never be back in management again. And that's my lack of control over my ADHD and Autism. I bombed when it mattered most and for the first time ever, have zero self confidence.

Just over a week since I started Ozempic. Changed my drinking habits (went from MUCH soda at home to none) and eating a LITTLE....better... I've lost 7 pounds. I'm now 280. Very happy with that! :3

Started Ozempic (generic lol) today. My doctor suggested it to help me with my boredom eating, and my weight. This is an excuse to eat better, and maybe try exercising. Start weight is 130kg (287lbs). I have goal weight of 220, and an ideal weight of 210. Wish me luck! Here's some starting pics :p
